Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Made-to-order items are final sale — because each piece is custom-made for you, we can't offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the order is placed.

Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they're unworn and unused, in their original condition with all tags intact. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, again only on unworn, unused items in original condition.
