Made-to-Order Items:
All made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. As these pieces are custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns once the order has been placed.

Ready-to-Ship Items:
Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
